Weekend and such..

Friday night we went to the lil wayne concert. we had the coolest ponchos so the rain didnt even matter. so fun!


Labor day weekend is going to be so awesome! Bryans grandparents have an amazing house in Lafolette TN, and we are going with some friends for the weeekend to boat on Norris Lake and just have fun! Its going to be the first time we are hanging out with all our friends since we got engaged, and we are having a mexican themed night so it shall be AWESOME!

Also-statistics is terrible too much homework that is way too confusing, and the closing date for our house has moved back. only small holdups on our journey to forever. we will keep you posted..

the 2nd best update of all is that we got a HOUSE!!!! It is bank owned so its taking a little bit to get rolling but we are closing sept 28th. We can move in that day!! I am so excited I cannot wait to decorate and make it our house!!! I am trying to find a picture of it online but I cant .. The realtor took it off their site.. the credentials are as follows:
3 bed
2.5 bath
finished basement
2 car garage
never been used appliances
nice sized lot for neighborhood
our neighborhood has property owners association and we have a pool and lake with beach at our disposal!!

Well...

I will be sitting here all day and night having an anxiety attack because i am terrified of needles, anesthesia, and just overall everything. Tomorrow I am getting my wisdom teeth cut out in the morning. Please pray from me that I do not hyperventilate or go into shock. Also pray for my sister who was suckered into taking me. May she have the strength to drag me in by my ear when its all said and done.

The next hardest part besides actually going there will be not eating or drinking for 8 hours prior. I am one of those girls who drinks like 15 glasses of water a day, and MUST have breakfast to function. My surgery isnt until 10:45. eh. I guess I shouldnt have put this off for 4 years and I would already have them done and be fine..

Was anybody else completely disappointed with the new Jon and Kate plus 8 episode last night? It is so annoying Kate will not say divorce or seperation or any word that sounds like anything that could be construed as such. And Jon was not even in the same room as the kids for more than like 2 minutes of the show...

What did everyone else think??


In other news Bryans sister Nikki has decided to make her vacation to Cincinnati PERMANENT! Well semi permanent at least 6 months long. Thats so exciting for us. Before she moved away we all 3 used to hang out everyday, and we are anticipating her coming back!! I wanted to do a surprise girls night for her when she gets back and im gonna need some cute ideas so leave me a comment if you have any!!!!

Hope everyone had a good weekend! I know we did my best friend turned 21 on sunday and we went out all afternoon and night..surprisingly I woke up feeling like a million bucks on monday

we made 500 dollars at our yardsale!! That is more than enough for gas to and from vacation and a little bit for going out to eat and drink!

YARD SALE TIME!!

This weekend is our yard sale...I am praying we sell everything and make some money. Since money is easier to move out of a house than large furniture. Bryan has already put an ad on craigslist and we are going to make up some shnazzy flyers tonight to put around our neighborhood.

Since breaking my arm 7 weeks ago I am doing physical therapy which is going great, I dont have full movement yet(without pain) but I started resistance on Thursday I hope I continue to make a ton of progress each week like I have been. As soon as I can loosen up my shoulder muscles I will be doing soo much better. Yesterday we went tubing on the whitewater river. Amazingly it was pretty warm in the water for only being 75 outside! We had a great time and I did really well without my brace and using my arm. Bryan wants to go next Sunday already!

Besides that I have deemed this week 'paper' week, since I have 5 papers due. Which is odd since i am only in FOUR classes... Talk to everyone soon! <3 BRONNY

It has been a shameful (almost) 2 months since we last blogged..I broke my arm at the beginning of the summer and am currently in 12 credit hours at school which left no blog time, but now I am all better. yay. talk to everyone soon we are going out for ice cream! mmmmm

Its official I am a zookeeper!

Hi everyone! Sorry I have not been on in forever, but we no longer have internet at our house :( it so depressing. I know. I never thought I would be so dependent on the world wide web. ugh. We are moving in 8 weeks so instead of signing a contract we are just using my blackberry for email and stuff.

So on to the title of my post, I have now become a professional dogsitter. Its a pretty sweet way to occupy your time. Bryan could not disagree more. We were planning on getting a new puppy when we moved into the new house, but as of now we arent.

There is always outdoors tho, and I hope hope he wins at red bud and highpoint cuz we will be there and it will be super fun! :)

updates

we have been very busy. and I have very sad news.

. . . our internet is no longer working. When I tell people that they are like well just call to get it fixed. Its not like that. We steal it from our neighbor ( he knows, he gave us the password is that still stealing?) Well anyway its very depressing. I am at my school on the computer to fulfill my daily perezhilton.com fix.. It is pointless to get it ourselves now we are moving in a month and a half. So it looks like we will be roughing it. Well not totally we still have our phones with internet..


Well Bryan raced for the first time with his new bike. It still doesnt even have one hour on it! lol Well he ended up crashing and still coming back to 4th and he is not hurt so I am very happy about how everything went. whew. I wasnt at the race bcuz honestly who has a freakin dirtbike race on mothers day ?!?!?!?


Last Week was finals week. I did awesome I think! ha I ended up with a 3.5 for the semester. I am very nervous about summer though everyone keeps telling me my load is too heavy but I am just going to show everyone wrong, and get help from my math minor boyfriend ( honestly I havent had math in 3 years I am scared)!!

How was everyones mothers day? I hope amazing! .



Well I am going to go to Lowes and buy some flowers to plant in a flower box. Ah I love flowers!!! :)

I just wanted to post how amazing my boyfriend is. He let me work on school work AKA THIS STUPID 'GROUP' (ALONE) PROJECT and did our laundry so we would have our most fav clothes ready to pack.

Isnt a day off relaxing? hmmm...

Well I just recieved an email from my teacher, and instead of enjoying my day off like I had planned it looks like I will be doing the paper making up for one member of my group being unaccountable


all i want to do is get a pedicure and go shopping at the gap and/or IKEA. i wish.

well at least bryan and I are getting haircuts at 1:30. woohoo i need my bangs trimmed and Bryan needs about 2 inches cut off! ha

So my day now consists of:
-wake up (to a picture text of an old friends newborn, congrats jamie and ellie!)
-make bryan breakfast ( my day off tradition)
-watch Martha Stewart (another day off tradition)
-recieve email from professor locking in my fate of writing a paper all alone this weekend.
-Look around. wow my house is a mess. please look at my evidence.

this is the 2010 shift mx gear. It has taken over everything. i must clean. I enjoy cleaning a lot more than writing about ponzi schemes.
-haircut in 2 hrs. ok. time to start working.

new update on the group project from hell.

well i am in class and our sub. professer says, "time to work on your papers. due at 3." Well I get all ready to work put my usb in, get a drink, log in to my computer. After all this I said alright *** wheres ur part so I can copy it in and we can blend out sections, profread, and GO! He then replies with I LEFT IT AT HOME(totally unsincere voice may i add).after i said are you kidding and he assured me no. I said ok well i am finished with my part im not wasting my time here. goodbye


So now I am trying to email the professor something and I am unsure how to word it. I know "I HATE THIS ASSIGNMENT WHY AM I IN AN AWFUL GROUP WITH NO AMBITION FOR AN A+ LIKE ME " will sound unprofessional perhaps rude.

UGH HAS THIS EVER HAPPENED TO ANYONE? I NEED A TACTFUL RESOLUTION


ps- bummer on the house evrything in it is older than dirt and would need replaced. At least the realtor is sending us a listing he just put on the market today. (I HATE GETTING MY HOPES UP ABOUT THINGS AND THEM NOT HAPPENING HOW I WANT THEM TO lol that sounded spoiled)
I promise I am not spoiled but I just hate how nice these agents dipict things online and then you look at it in person and you are like WTF?!?! seriously. well the search continues.....

House hunting adventures

Well on the house hunting front Bryan is going to look at a 'mini farm'( 3bed 2 bath 11 acres of awesomeness lol) tonight that we are interested in. I really want to go too but I have a chemistry test I cant miss.. boo. I hope its the one its looks perfect for us on paper (especially with the price) If it turns out to be a possible house i will definitley be posting pictures and details!


Despite being so happy about looking for houses and going on vacation in ...6 DAYS I am so stressed out. I have 3 weeks left of school and I have a 98.4% in my business law class. Well I am in this group project that is due in 1 hr and 10 minutes. I have my part of the project complete and ready to go with the rest of my group members no where to be found. I have emailed and emailed, and it is definitley crunch time. All I have to say is if my A+ is jeopradized by the group members who think its cool to not do homework I will probably go insane!!!


UPDATE** I got in touch with my professor who is on vacation and she said she will give me an extension and work with me to get a complete paper. THANK GOSH!! :) It sucks that I will have to pretty much do all the research and writing on my own but at least it will be finished!

We havent really been doing anything too exciting. We filled our living room with tropical house plants, and Bryan is getting his 2009 Honda CRF250 this saturday. That is unless I can convince him spending 130 dollars a month on cool stuff for the house will be a better idea. just kidding.

Sunday was my dads surprise 50th birthday party! We barely made it since I was sick but I am glad I sucked it up and went!

Gosh there has been so much going on since I last blogged..I dont even know where to start. Ok now I do, lol.

Bryans mom went to the emergency room this weekend after her leg ( attached to the foot that was just operated on) was hurting and feeling wierd whatnot. Well turns out she has a very large blood clot in the right leg! VERY SCARY STUFF! So she was at the University of Kentucky hospital and they gave her shots(she would be injecting herself) to thin her blood. So now fast forward to Monday: After attempting(failing) to get in with the family physician she went to the local emergency room. They ended up running ALL the SAME tests as she had Saturday, and then ADMITTING HER!!!! very scary who wants to stay in a hospital when you dont feel sick or anything?!?! AND she isnt even hooked up to anything to monitor her. So what if something does happen with the blood clot and how will any of the nurses know???

So basically I have established this about hospitals:
1. It is too easy and/or cost effective to simply communicate with other hospitals/hospital departments(aka ER).
2. Some nurses are paid to act less smart than they really are (kind of like Jessica Simpson?)
3. They think drawing blood is fun, and will do it as many times as they want. Hoping you dont run out. lol

So if everyone could send out a few prayers for Sue that she gets better and can come home for Easter! And no more shots!


Speaking of legs, the redlegs lost the opening day game yesterday. That stinks even though I do not like baseball I like when a Cincinnati team wins something, but it rarely happens tho :(


On a better note, I made my first pot roast last night and it was very tasty!(Well thats what Bryan said, Im still fasting after my 4 day food poisoning bit)

I also made Cheesecake lollipops..



They turned out very good, Im going to make them again for Easter!

Mexican Monday!

Even though it is Tuesday I am blogging about Mexican Monday (I went to bed at 8:15 last night, that is what happens after a blowout grillout that lasted until 11 pm Sunday night)

So anyone that knows us knows we LOVE Mexican and LOVE LOVE Chipotle!! Bryan found all the recipes at www.chipotlefan.com!! We made the rice, chicken, and grilled peppers and onions just like they do. I dont have any pictures. uhh.

If you like Chipotle too you should definitley try it, it doesnt fill you up as much when you make it at home.

Did anyone watch Jon and Kate plus 8 last night? If so please fill me in :)

everything..

I have fridays off which is totally worth working 10 hours M-TH I have decided!! I woke up with Bryan this morning (which is still sleeping in 3 hours for me) and went to the store. Well 3 actually ha! I made the motherload of grocery lists and went to different places for different deals! Boy did it pay off though! I spent half of what I usually do, and got way healthier stuff! It warrants a trip to the Gap i believe  :) 

Anyway I just got finished cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing everything. Now its time for Oprah. ha. Thank goodness the one spot I get wireless on my laptop is in front of the television! 

We are going to the Arenacross at NKU tonight, it should be fun! We got 5 free tickets so we are bringing WhoopD (aka Scott, Bryan's dad), Bryans friend Kyle, and Bryans little Tristan!!! I am very excited to meet Tristan it is his and Bryan's first outing outside of school! Bryan had to quit doing the in-school mentoring program because he got a lot more territory ( and $ lol) and it makes his job too demanding to be with his little during business hours. 

Tomorrow we are both working. Not so fun, but Sunday Bryan is racing and I am soo excited because it is outside!!

Ps- I got a 100% on my chemistry exam last night!! woo hoo. I will know my business law midterm score from yesterday by Monday, and I am feeling very confident!

I stumbled upon a winner..

Yesterday I Was just in one of those moods where nothing sounded good, I wanted a nap, and was going to scream if I had another stir fry variation for dinner. So i found this online and it was soooo good :) everyone should definitley try it! We even ate dinner out on the porch and got mosquito bites!!! -not as fun

TACO PIE

** I am not one to measure, and I like to just do whatever I think is good at the time... here is the original http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Taco-Pies/Detail.aspx***

I took one pound of ground beef and browned it with hot taco seasoning, some hot sauce, and water. Then i simmered it with a can of tomato with chiles

I cooked my frozen pie crust for about 10 min at 350 before i lined it with refried beans

Then chop a half of a large onion and some red, green, and yellow bell peppers.

Layer meat, shredded cheese, sliced jalapenos, a little HOT salsa, onion/pepper mixture, meat, cheese, sliced jalapenos, salsa, so on...

Top with crumbled tortillas before you put the top crust on.

Bryan also threw some extra cheese on top for good measure lol

Just bake according to the crust instructions. I had to turn the oven on broil after 15 minutes so the top would get crispy and brown.


We topped with shredded lettuce, sour cream, and some jalapeno sauce. Pico de gallo guac would have been very good if we had it..

Meeting McKenna Wagner, Grandmas birthday, and other fun stuff!!!

This weekend was fun. On Friday we went to Andrew and Brit's to give lileigh her birthday presents! We got her a swing that they can hang from the porch and a picnic table so this summer she can hang out outside :)

This is a picture of her and I on her new swing for the first time.. the reason it looks like I am holding her up is cuz I am, ha, I was a little nervous about how Uncle Bryan attached it to the ceiling!

We also got to meet someone special while we were there, the new baby girl!! Her name is Mckenna Paisleigh Wagner !!!!!!!!! She is almost 7 days old and looks just like her big sister lileigh!

On Saturday I had to work at Ruby's and Bryan went riding. He had so much fun and cant wait to race next weekend. He wore his brand new gear and looked very cute dont you think ;)

SUNDAY-my favorite day of the week! My grandmas birthday! Well actually her birthday is today but her party was Sunday. All my pictures from the party are at home and im at work so I am relying on Bryans myspace pics for this blog!! We brought our 110 to my aunt sherry's and rode it all over the winery by her house.

The homeade carrot cake that was very yummy!!!

After that we came home and sat in our new chairs finally, and enjoyed doing absolutely NOTHING until it got dark... perfect weekend =)

On a brighter note- The weather is AMAZING!! I cant think of a better way to spend the nice afternoon than on our super cute new chairs i picked up yesterday, check out these bad boys....

and yes i did get lime green!Bryan gets home today from his indy trip, and we are getting our new FOX stuff tonight----very exciting ! I got some luggage for Nikki for her birthday and of course some for myself. We are taking like 4 vacations this year after all I will need something to carry all my stuff in..Bryan also got Nikki some more birthday gifts and some sweaters.

Speaking of birthdays.. Bryans godchild Lileighana Rose Wagner turned one this past week; she is getting so big AND is walking now!!

Tomorrow is my day off and I REALLY wanna go to IKEA we will see if I make it there. It is honestly the coolest place ever. Almost everything in our house is from there and let me tell you we have some super AWESOME stuff! Maybe I can talk Bryan into going too and stopping at red robin(california chicken burgers are the best)!! This is the rug I have really had my eye on..

our weekend!! and finished 110

THE NEW 110!!!

we went to the brand new lucas oil stadium in indy for the monster energy supercross! so much fun.. We got there at about 1 and the final race ended about 9. After the race we went to the official after party, which was sponsored by FOX. So of course we were vip ha. We stayed at an amazing hotel in monument circle (I think thats what its called), thanks for finding it sue!!

One of the most memorable things beside the race was our HILARIOUS cab ride, oh and also seeing our whoopd on the jumbotron ha.>>>

I don't really get all technical with the races and everything like Bryan does, but Chad Reed is my favorite and he won(1st time this year; always gets 2nd)! So I was super pumped. =)

UPDATES =)

Dinner is our favorite part of the day. Mainly cuz we both live off of turkey sandwiches or five dollar footlongs, and granola bars during our respective jobs, and we really enjoy cooking together!! Bryan always gets very excited about grilling and he always wants texts me during the day asking what I put out for dinner; very cute! Some of Bryans grilled masterpieces this week include salmon and nikkis famous stirfry. Since my only real expertise is soups, I made some taco soup this week with our fancy new crockpot. I had all the plans in the world to make some tuna noodle casserole tonight[Bryan loves tuna], but I am going to save it for a friday thats my only lenten dinner idea that I have...

Another new update-I got my first pair of glasses yesterday. I can see soo much better, but they are so hard to get used to!

Well I have a chemistry test today and Bryan keeps asking me if I am studying to which I have been replying,"No. Just blogging right now I will later." I better get studying I have a fieldtrip at 1, going to the court house to sit in on some real civil law in action lol.

TGIF!

Even though we have a very busy weekend full of work activities, TGIF! I dont work at my day job during on weekends which is a good thing, but the weekend is my only time to work at Jeff Ruby's!! Even though it is work and I do get paid for it, I have a lot of fun(unless my feet hurt). Bryan has to work this weekend at an open house in Indy. He has also been very busy at night planning and getting ready for supercross next week. So it looks like tonight we will be counting jerseys all night..(our basement is PACKED with them)!!

Bryan hooked up his new XM radio I got him for valentine's day last night while I was in class. He LOVES it. He keeps texting me about hip hop nation his favorite channel so far..He also made a bunch of stickers for our helmets and even one for nicole's skis that says SIS! (sorryb another sis inside joke)

I applied for the Procter and Gamble Co-op program today, wish me luck apparently its super hard to even get a first interview!!!

Planning our trip to Utah...

Bryan and I are planning a trip to Utah, April 23-26. Our primary reason for visiting is to see Nicole,Bryans sister, well our 'sis' as we call her.lol Nikki moved to Salt Lake right before christmas and we all miss her very much! We are also going because the SLC supercross is that weekend, and Bryan is very excited to see his buddy Ryan Sipes race there. You cant forget shopping, shopping is a great reason to do anything! I have been looking all day and I cant find any cheap rates anywhere! If anyone has any tips please let us know

Other than that everthing is great as usual! I am going to Willies tonight with my mom and her group of friends for her birthday (2.19) as well as cleaning and homework. I know Bryan is sad he wont be home for it, cleaning and helping me with my homework are his 2 favorite things =)

Welcome to our blog! We don't really have any time to write tonight, bryan has a 3 day trip planned this week and we are packing him up! I'm actually blogging from my blackberry. Bryan will be heading to Bloomington and
Indy, and Sonny will stay at her moms so she is not lonely.... We miss each a ton when he is away, but its his job and it brings home the bacon! We are both looking forward to willys thursday when he gets home. Well that's all for now
